cottage is a traditional pine clad cottage. It has recently
been refurbished and is decorated furnished and equipped
to a high standard.

in a quiet wooded corner of our one acre garden. Offering
privacy, yet only 5 minutes walk to post office shop, and
close to friendly locals bar. The cottage sleeps up to
seven consisting of three bedrooms. A triple room with
double and additional single bed. One double room with
adjoining bunk bedded room. Please note that the bunk bedded
room is small and accessed through the adjoining double
room. Open plan living/dining room which benefits from
a log burning stove. Sky TV, DVD and CD player. French
doors lead out onto a private barbecue area. |
| Guests
are invited to share the use of the hotels extensive gardens
which feature a children's play area and sun terrace. Fully
fitted kitchen with refrigerator, oven/hob, coffee perculator,
microwave. Fully tiled shower room with WC and sink. Electric
panel heaters in all rooms and a high standard of double
glazing/insulation throughout. All bed linen is provided,
but please bring your own towels. Electricity charged at
the prevailing hydro board rate. Logs provided free of charge. |

behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Please note, they
must be exercised off site and not left to roam freely. |
| Weekly
lets are from Saturday to Saturday. Access
is available from 4pm and we ask that the property be vacated
no later that 10am on day of departure. |
